Live in Concert Some Kind of Saint

Live in Concert Some Kind of Saint

No photo description available. An eclectic mix of late 90's grunge/alternative/punk & more modern hard rock, their melodic tones & vocal harmonies give them a pretty distinct sound. They jam from start to finish & capture the audience with their musical & vocal hooks. If you're not bobbing your head midway through their songs, then you might be at the wrong show. Corey Robinson's vocals are pretty distinct, as well. Often compared to a mix of Brandon Boyd's melody and harmony to Glenn Danzig's unmistakable drones & Chris Cornell's energy & range. Put it all together & Some Kind of Saint is a can't-miss band.

The band has enjoyed local popularity from two singles off their first EP "Back Against The Wall", released in July of 2009. Singles, "Let Me Stand" and "Separate", continue to play on local radio stations today and can be found on iTunes, Google & reverbnation.com. They also gained local notoriety when they opened up for national recording artist "Chevelle", in May 2009, at a sold out Phoenix Hill Tavern in Louisville, KY, a once historic local rock venue. They have also opened for national acts such as, Taproot, Flaw, Puddle of Mudd, Pop Evil, Fair to Midland, Dead Letter Circus, Lionize, Cold & Skid Row just to name a few. Some Kind of Saint released their second album, "Moment of Clarity" in late 2012. Which, had local radio singles "I Will" and "Fight or Flight". With an additonal lineup of songs in the works, 4 already recorded, the band is set to release a third album mid 2016.

Some Kind of Saint is a working-man's band. They put 100% into every song they write. They do it for the love of music & to reach out to people who relate to life's daily grind. Check them out at a local venue & they won't disappoint.
